To start, just create an account on Tajerun. After signing up, you can enter the marketplace and begin your shopping journey easily.

Two Ways to Find Products

After signing up, you have two ways to find your desired product:
1. Search the Marketplace

You can browse the marketplace, view and compare different products, and place an order without any upfront payment. After you place an order, the Tajerun team will review everything: from shipping costs and customs rules to delivery timing. Then, an official proforma invoice will be issued for you. Once you confirm and pay, your order is finalized.

2. Submit a Purchase Request

If you have a specific request or can't find a product in the market, just use the 'Purchase Request' section to say what you're looking for. Your request will be shown to suppliers, and anyone who can provide it will send you an offer with price and details. You can compare offers, choose the best one, and complete your purchase.

Payment & Finalization

After confirming the proforma invoice or selecting an offer, you must pay to finalize the order. If you're verified, you can coordinate with the sales team to pay 20%-50% upfront and settle the rest upon delivery.

Secure Order Delivery

We collect the goods from the supplier, inspect them to ensure they match your order, complete customs procedures with our key partners, and ship the order directly to your city's warehouse. You can choose to pick up from the warehouse or have it delivered to your address. Shipping and customs costs are calculated separately and communicated before final payment. We guarantee the goods are exactly as ordered and delivered in perfect condition.

Service Fee for Buyers

For each order, you pay a 'Value-Added Service Fee'. This covers all the services Tajerun offers for your convenience and security—from finding suppliers and comparing offers to order tracking and secure delivery.

Currently, with a special discount, this is calculated at 2% (previously 4%).

Create a Store & Add Products

The first step is to sign up on Tajerun. Then, you can create a store with your account and upload your products. Our team reviews all store and product information, and if everything is correct and complete, your store is approved and your products are showcased internationally. Remember: every product must be approved by Tajerun's team before it becomes visible to buyers.

Receive Orders & Ship Products

When a customer places a request, all conditions—shipping costs, customs rules, and delivery timing—are reviewed, and an official proforma invoice is issued. After the customer's confirmation and payment, the order is finalized and assigned to you. That means the customer pays first, then you are notified to prepare the order. After preparation, you send your shipment to Tajerun's warehouse. Our team checks everything against the customer's order and then, with our logistics partners, ships it to the final destination.

Fast & Secure Settlement

Just sell your product; we handle all financial risks. The customer's payment comes to us first and is held in trust until successful delivery. You can always see your balance in your vendor dashboard. Up to 72 hours after a successful delivery, the order amount (minus commission) is transferred to your bank account in your local currency.

Our Commission & Why:

Tajerun charges a 10% commission on each order for all the services provided—from store creation and content translation to marketing, logistics, customs, and delivery. Currently, with a special discount, this is 8%. This fee supports the complete service we offer, so you can focus solely on sales.
