- Tajeroon is an international online marketplace for B2B wholesale transactions. By using Tajeroon’s services, users (including both suppliers and buyers) fully accept these terms and conditions.
2. User Definitions
- Supplier (Vendor): A business that creates a store on Tajeroon to offer its products for wholesale.
- Buyer (Customer): An individual or legal entity that registers on Tajeroon to purchase wholesale products from suppliers.
3. Registration and Identity Verification
- All users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Tajeroon reserves the right to verify users’ identities at any time and request additional documentation if necessary.
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Tajeroon reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user account.
4. Store Creation and Product Upload
- Suppliers may create a store and upload their products after registering.
- All store and product information is reviewed by the Tajeroon team and, upon approval, will be displayed in the marketplace.
- Tajeroon reserves the right to remove or restrict access to stores that contain inaccurate information or do not meet platform standards.
5. Order and Payment Process
- Buyers can select desired products through market search or by submitting a purchase request.
- After product selection, a proforma invoice is issued. The buyer must pay the full amount to finalize the order.
- If the buyer’s identity is verified, partial prepayment and settlement upon delivery may be allowed.
6. Tajeroon's Responsibilities
- Tajeroon is responsible for handling transportation and customs requirements.
- All customer payments are made to Tajeroon’s representatives in the destination country, and any risks related to fund transfers are borne by Tajeroon.
- After the supplier sends the order to Tajeroon’s warehouse, the order will be inspected and confirmed by Tajeroon to ensure it matches the customer’s request. Tajeroon is ultimately responsible for customs procedures.
7. Order Delivery
- Orders are sent to the destination city’s warehouse after customs clearance.
- Buyers may collect their orders from the warehouse or request delivery to a specified address.
- The cost of transportation from Tajeroon’s warehouse to the final destination, as well as customs duties, is the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Supplier Payment Settlement
- Within 72 hours of successful delivery to the buyer, Tajeroon will transfer the order amount (minus commission) to the supplier’s account.
- Tajeroon’s commission for services provided is 10% of the order value, currently offered at a discounted rate of 8%.
- If, during inspection of the order at Tajeroon’s warehouse in the origin country, the shipment does not match the buyer’s order, the product will be returned to the supplier, and all costs, including repackaging and return shipping, will be borne by the supplier.
9. Value-Added Service Fees for Buyers
- For each order, buyers must pay a 'value-added service fee' to Tajeroon.
- This fee covers all services provided by Tajeroon throughout the transaction process and is currently offered at a discounted rate of 2%.
- The fee is calculated on the total invoice amount and clearly shown on the final invoice. The buyer is required to pay this amount when purchasing.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, design, and technologies used on the Tajeroon platform are the property of Tajeroon.
- Unauthorized use of any of these elements will result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Tajeroon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform’s services.
- Tajeroon’s total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services.
- As a facilitator of transactions, Tajeroon is committed to handling the ordering, payment, supplier review, transportation, and delivery processes with maximum care, transparency, and support.
- However, if any delays or damages result from factors beyond Tajeroon’s control, compensation liability is limited to the service fee earned by Tajeroon for that order. These factors include, but are not limited to:
- Force majeure events such as war, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.), strikes, political or civil unrest
- Legal or political obstacles in the origin or destination country (including sudden changes in customs or sanction laws)
- Errors or negligence by shipping or customs companies or third parties not directly contracted with Tajeroon
- Lack of cooperation or delays from the supplier or customer in providing documents or necessary coordination
- In such cases, Tajeroon will make every effort to follow up and minimize damages, but its financial responsibility is limited to the received service fee.
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- Tajeroon reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms and conditions are based on international trade laws.
- In case of disputes, both parties will seek resolution through negotiation and mediation.
