User Responsibilities

Trust & Verification Policies
Storefront Review & Approval
To improve marketplace trust and quality, Tajerun reviews storefront information, products, and business identities. Products and storefronts must be approved by the Tajerun team before going public.
Verified Badge
Storefronts and businesses that have completed the identity verification process will receive the Tajerun Verified badge.
The Verified badge does not guarantee full quality, performance, or commercial obligations of users, but indicates that the business's initial information and documents have been reviewed by Tajerun. Coordination and costs related to international identity verification are handled through the platform's support team.

Users are committed to using Tajerun within the bounds of applicable law, commercial norms, and professional conduct.
Communication & Transactions
Tajerun strives to provide a safe and transparent environment for communication and trade between users. Users are committed to conducting their business within the platform's secure environment. Any attempt to move transactions or exchange business contact information outside of Tajerun before the permitted stages of the official process is a violation of platform rules. Tajerun may restrict or suspend access for users engaging in suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or actions that damage marketplace trust.
Cookies & Analytics
To provide better services, enhance security, analyze user behavior and improve user experience, Tajerun may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and process non-personal data. Users can manage cookie settings through their browser, but disabling them may prevent some parts of the platform from functioning correctly.
Legal Standards & Data Security
Tajerun is committed to protecting user information in accordance with data security standards and the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
